Our Story
For over ten years, I’ve worked alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments; across communities, cultures, and seasons of change.
I’m a wife, mother, mentor, and a humanitarian at heart. I’m crisis trained, trauma informed, and I coach others as they navigate, uncertainty, growth, and rebuilding. Through it all, I’ve learned that meaningful progress doesn’t come from being pushed ,it comes from being supported.
In moments of change, uncertainty, and transition, what made the difference was presence. Listening. Encouragement. A steady voice saying, “Let’s talk through this. Does this make sense?”
Good Friend Coaching was created to be that space.
We exists to walk alongside individuals and small groups as they navigate life’s stages and transitions; helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can have is a good friend by your side.
Testimonials
-

“I signed my two daughters up together, and it’s been such a positive experience for both of them. They’re very different personalities, but each of them felt comfortable, heard, and supported in their own way. It gave them a safe space outside of home to talk through confidence, school pressure, and growing up — and I’ve seen them become more open and grounded since.”
— Mr Jacob (Dad)
-

“I was in the middle of a major transition and didn’t realize how much I needed support until I had it. Being able to talk things through without feeling judged made everything feel more manageable.”
—Jessica Martin
-

“We signed up for one coaching just to try it, and honestly, that was all it took. After that first conversation, we knew we needed more time. The 3-coaching reset helped us communicate better and actually feel aligned again.”
—Mr. & Mrs. Maver
